Appointments & Follow Ups
The first appointment is an opportunity to collaboratively assess if we are a "good fit". Following the intake, regular follow-up sessions are established to go over the progress of treatment, provide education on diagnosis and medication, and incorporate psychotherapy.
Insurance
Dr. Bahar Altaha does not participate in any insurance network, Medicare, or Medicaid, operating exclusively as an "out of network" provider. Full payment for each session is due at the time of service. A standard receipt/superbill will be provided to submit claims to your insurance plan for out-of-network expenses (where applicable).
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
When an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Please notify the office to avoid penalties. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will require payment for the full session.
