The preliminary meeting serves as a mutual evaluation to ensure our clinical approach aligns with your needs. Subsequent sessions are strategically scheduled to monitor therapeutic progress, adjust pharmacological strategies, and integrate dedicated psychotherapy.
Financial Structure
To ensure uncompromising care, Dr. Altaha maintains an independent practice and is entirely out-of-network with all commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. Fees are collected at the moment of service. However, we provide comprehensive superbills summarizing your care, which you may submit to your carrier for potential reimbursement based on your plan's out-of-network benefits.
Attendance & Time Variations
Each session is a reserved block of clinical time dedicated solely to you. We strictly require advanced communication for any schedule adjustments. Any variations or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will inherently incur the complete standard session fee.
